In short, CESA seeks to enhance the skills and experience a member or has already attained in other areas of life.
As a professional society (like the CPA Australia, AICD, Trinity College London, Australian Speech Communication Association, and Australian Music Examinations Board, or the former UK College of Preceptors.) CESA delivers assessments and awards certificates and post-nominals to successful candidates.[1]
