Submissions will not be processed without payment. Payment of the fee in no way guarantees publication.

Submission confirms that:

• The work is original, not under review elsewhere, and free from plagiarism.
• All authors consent to submission and order of authorship.
• Acknowledgements and conflicts of interest are clearly stated.
• Any use of Generative AI in producing or editing the manuscript has been disclosed at the end of the paper in the acknowledgements section.

• Each paper is sent for single-blind peer review to three independent reviewers from the Editorial Board.
• Reviewer identities remain confidential.
• Reviewers have two weeks to provide comments and recommendations.
• Reviews must be objective, constructive, and free from conflicts of interest.

• The Managing Editor compiles the reviewers’ reports and returns them to the author.
• Authors are given two weeks to revise their paper.

 Once revisions are received, the paper is either:

• Accepted,
• Sent back for minor or major revisions, or
• Rejected.
   

At least two strongly positive reviews are required for acceptance.
 

Final approval is made by the Managing Editor in consultation with the Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief.

Accepted papers are copy-edited and prepared for inclusion in the next scheduled issue.

Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution–Non-Commercial–No Derivatives licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

• Readers may read, download, print, and share the article for non-commercial purposes, with proper attribution.
• Commercial use, redistribution, or derivative works are prohibited unless written permission is obtained.

• Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold high ethical standards.
• Errors identified before publication will be corrected; errors discovered post-publication may result in an erratum, corrigendum, or retraction, depending on severity.
• Misconduct (e.g. plagiarism, copyright infringement, unethical peer review) may result in removal of reviewers, rejection, or retraction of published work.
